TanıTedavi answer

Emergency: Go to the emergency department right away for heavy bleeding, fainting/severe dizziness, black/tarry stools, shortness of breath, severe abdominal pain or high fever. New rectal bleeding in people over 50 should be evaluated by a clinician. Benign causes like Hemorrhoid or Anal fissure can cause symptoms, but bleeding color, amount and accompanying signs matter. Topical creams or suppositories may give short-term relief; consult your doctor or pharmacist before using them and do not self-initiate treatment if bleeding is significant. Home measures that are generally safe: adequate fluids, more fiber, warm sitz baths and avoiding straining. Seek prompt medical review if bleeding continues or worsens, if you feel very tired or short of breath, lose weight without trying, or have a family history of Colorectal cancer. Start with Family Medicine; referral to Gastroenterology or General Surgery may follow. This information is for guidance and not a substitute for professional medical care.
