A firm, painless swelling in the upper right/left region of the neck lasting for 1 month; USG 18x11 mm, prominent fatty hilum.

Hello, about a month ago I noticed a swelling on my neck and went to the doctor. An ultrasound was done and the report stated "reactive lymph node fatty hilum" (I hope I spelled it correctly), but the size is 18x11mm, so they became hesitant. I will go back in a month.

Am I HIV positive?

About 2-3 months ago, I ended a long-term relationship with someone. On Thursday, I gave a blood sample to a gynecologist, and the next day I was called because I had signs of HIV.
