All subscription transactions made through the Tanitedavi.com application are completed when users electronically accept the preliminary information form and distance sales agreement. Users declare that they have read, understood, and accepted these documents during the subscription process.

Subscription transactions through Tanitedavi.com are subject to Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Distance Sales Regulation (OG:27.11.2014/29188) provisions and other applicable laws.

Users have the right to cancel their subscriptions within 14 days of commencement without providing any reason. Payments made for subscriptions cancelled within this period will be refunded within 14 days following Tanitedavi.com's receipt of the cancellation request. Subscription refunds are processed using the user's original payment method.

Tanitedavi.com provides users with necessary information and guidelines for accessing subscription services electronically after the subscription process is completed. Users have unlimited access to these services throughout their subscription period.

If Tanitedavi.com services cannot be provided to users due to unexpected reasons, Tanitedavi.com will immediately notify the user. Payments made for affected services will be refunded to users within 14 days following service impossibility.

Users are responsible for the accuracy of personal and health data they provide while using Tanitedavi.com services. Tanitedavi.com cannot be held responsible for service disruptions caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PAYMENT IS NOT MADE:

If the buyer fails to pay for the purchased product or cancels it in bank records, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.

PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED CREDIT CARD USE:

If payment for Tanitedavi.com service subscription is not made to Tanitedavi.com due to unauthorized use of the user's credit card and confirmation by the relevant bank or financial institution, the user has the right to cancel service access. In this case, Tanitedavi.com will immediately process the payment cancellation without requiring any shipping or additional expenses from the user, depending on the user's payment method. Payment refund will be processed as soon as possible, subject to transactions with the bank or financial institution where the payment was made.

IF PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:

If services cannot be provided within the specified time due to unexpected situations or force majeure in Tanitedavi.com services, users will be notified immediately. Users may request cancellation of their subscription, replacement with another service, or postponement of service access until the obstacle is removed. If the user cancels their subscription and payment was made by credit card, the payment amount will be refunded to the relevant bank or financial institution within 14 days of cancellation. The bank's refund process to the user's account may take 2-3 weeks depending on the bank's procedures. If payment was made in cash, the payment will be refunded to the user in cash within the same period.

Services accessed through the Tanitedavi.com platform are considered to be provided fully and correctly without technical issues. Users are obligated to carefully protect the service and related information after access. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the service must not have been used according to its special conditions before exercising this right. Due to the nature of digital services, since there is no physical product delivery and invoice return, cancellation and refund processes will be carried out electronically by contacting Tanitedavi.com directly.

Users can exercise their right of withdrawal from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days after accessing Tanitedavi.com subscription service, by notifying Tanitedavi.com through the contact information below, without incurring any legal or criminal liability and without providing any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, users need only contact Tanitedavi.com's customer service via email or phone. When the right of withdrawal is exercised, payments made by users will be refunded within 14 days following Tanitedavi.com's receipt of the withdrawal request.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

The user can exercise their right of withdrawal from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of registration to Tanitedavi.com subscription service, without incurring any legal or criminal liability and without providing any reason. If service delivery has begun with consumer consent and the user has started using the service, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised even within the 14-day withdrawal period.

All costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal belong to Tanitedavi.com. If the user exercises their right of withdrawal, payments made will be refunded without any additional financial obligation.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient for the user to notify Tanitedavi.com in writing via email within 14 (fourteen) days. The right of withdrawal is valid under the Tanitedavi.com service subscription agreement, provided that the service has not been used. Users can easily communicate their withdrawal requests through Tanitedavi.com's specified communication channels.

USE OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

In Tanitedavi.com service subscriptions, invoice return is not applicable as there is no physical product delivery. Subscription cancellation processes are carried out electronically and do not require any physical documents or invoice returns.

Due to the nature of digital services, return of physical product boxes, packaging, or standard accessories is not applicable for subscription cancellation and refund processes.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

Tanitedavi.com is obligated to refund the subscription fee within 10 business days after receiving the withdrawal notification. The refund is processed using the user's original payment method.

In subscription services, since there is no situation arising from users' fault, conditions such as value loss or impossibility of return are not applicable. During the use of the right of withdrawal, the service is expected to be evaluated in accordance with proper procedures.

In case of Tanitedavi.com subscription cancellation, if the user has benefited from any campaign, the campaign terms may need to be cancelled. This varies depending on campaign conditions.

PRODUCTS FOR WHICH RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED:

Since services offered by Tanitedavi.com are digital content prepared according to user's specific needs, the right of withdrawal begins from the delivery of the service to the user. However, if service delivery has begun with consumer consent, the right of withdrawal cannot be used.

Since there is no physical product delivery among Tanitedavi.com services, return conditions for cosmetics and personal care products, underwear, swimwear, bikinis do not apply.

DEFAULT STATUS AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

If the BUYER defaults when making payments by credit card, they accept, declare, and undertake to pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement between the cardholder and the bank and to be responsible to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may pursue legal remedies; may request costs and attorney fees from the BUYER, and in any case, if the BUYER defaults due to their debt, the BUYER accepts to pay for damages and losses incurred by the SELLER due to delayed fulfillment of the debt.
