Is 5 cm of free fluid in the Douglas dangerous?

My belly is very swollen, I pass a lot of gas and it smells very bad, I have pain in my right groin area for almost a week. I have weakness, fatigue, I can't sleep comfortably at night. And I have cramps in my legs while sleeping.
